HCTA's Purpose

To promote tennis in Harford County by bringing enthusiasts together to play.
To help under-resourced county youth learn valuable life skills.
To help promote public and private places of education.
To maintain liaison with the Harford County Government, keeping them aware of the tennis situation within the county.
To operate as a Sec. 501c (3) organization.
